Are you willing to open your studio to the public on Art Walk (every third Thursday of the month) or during other special events?

Mayfair is a community space. The upstairs resident studio area is private unless open for an event, but the downstairs space is open to the public. It is often used for dance classes and various events that will sometimes go late and also get loud. Do you acknowledge that there will sometimes be activities scheduled and occasional noise beyond your control?
