Welcome to AM Pathways to Success Foundation! We are honored that you have chosen to share your time, talents, and passion with our organization. Your willingness to serve plays a vital role in helping us fulfill our mission of bridging the educational divide by providing students with access to high-quality academic support and opportunities for success.

At AM Pathways to Success Foundation, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full academic potential, regardless of their circumstances. Through our Math Matters: Count Me In and Reading Matters: A Pathway to Literacy programs, we work to build confidence, close learning gaps, and create brighter futures for students throughout the CSRA community.

As a volunteer, you are more than a helper, you are a mentor, advocate, role model, and partner in our mission. Whether you are supporting students directly, assisting with community outreach, helping at events, or contributing behind the scenes, your efforts make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families we serve.

We are committed to providing you with the training, resources, and support needed to be successful in your role. During your onboarding process, you will learn more about our programs, policies, and expectations, as well as the important role you play in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for every student.
