Unused sessions have no cash value and cannot be refunded, regardless of the reason, though sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice subject to tutor availability. If Pollak Tutors cancels a group class, families will receive a credit toward a future class or a full refund. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at Pollak Tutors' discretion.*
