Audio & Video Recording Acknowledgment

For the safety, security, and accountability of every student and family in my care, security cameras are in use in all spaces where sessions take place. This includes my home learning space, common areas of my home, and any off-site or community spaces used for group sessions. Recording is standard practice here, in place for the safety, accountability, and protection of every student, family, and myself.

I acknowledge that the in-home learning space used for sessions with Ms. Amahni is equipped with audio and video recording equipment, and that sessions held in this space may be recorded.*

I acknowledge that common areas of Ms. Amahni's home and outdoor premises, including entryways and shared spaces, are monitored by a continuously operating security camera system.*

I acknowledge that when sessions are held in off-site or community spaces, those spaces may have security recording systems outside of Ms. Amahni's direct control, and that I will be notified in advance when sessions are held at such locations.*

I acknowledge that the security systems on Ms. Amahni's property include AI-assisted features such as motion detection and video analysis, and that additional information about AI tool usage is provided in the AI-Assisted Tools Acknowledgment form.*
