- Appointment, session, and schedule-change reminders for the specific member or dependent associated with the phone number.
- Billing, invoice, and payment-link messages for the account the phone number is on.
- Account-related messages from our staff (for example, replies to questions members have sent us).
- Promotional and marketing messages about our services, programs, events, and offers — sent only to members and guardians who have opted in to receive them.
